The Swiss Confederation added Plahotniuc to the Sanctions List

Following the US, UK, EU, Canada and Norway, on 28 June 2023, also the Swiss Confederation added Plahotniuc to the Sanctions Lists.

On 7 March 2017, in Berlin, The German Council on Foreign Relations (DGAP) and the Representation of the European Commission in Germany organised a panel discussion entitled “ Moldova, the EU and the Struggle for Reforms - How to adjust the Eastern Partnership? ”. The agenda comprised items like “ Moldova caught between the EU and Russia ”, “ new president Dodon ”, “ dismay of current state of reforms ”, “ geopolitical struggle with Russia ” and “ further reforms in Moldova ”. Рейдерские атаки против них и сфабрикованные уголовные дела __________ В 2005-ом году Виорел Цопа и Виктор Цопа (они не родственники) купили акции Викториябанка¹ на бирже у Danube Fund (инвестиционное плечо ЕБРР/EBRD). Перед этим Цопы посетили головное отделение ЕБРР в Лондоне, и после надлежащих проверок получили одобрение ЕБРР стать его соакционером в Викториябанке. Другим акционером Викториябанка был Плахотнюк, в те времена еще никому не известный тип – неоткуда было знать и Цопам кто он такой, тем более кем ему предстоит стать. Цопы общались с Плахотнюком и планировали вместе как с нормальным бизнесменом. К 2009-му году стали поступать первые информации о Плахотнюке и Цопы решили прекратить находиться с ним в одном и том же банке. Fenomenul atacurilor raider " Atacul raider " e o formă de crimă organizată, săvârșită de un grup de procurori și judecători sus-puși în complicitate cu raiderul (beneficiarul raptului) în scopul devalizării proprietarilor. Mai simplu, atacul raider este o modalitate de furt al proprietăților. Exproprierea se bazează pe decizii judecătorești simulate, luate în baza unor acte fabricate, fără ca victimele jefuite să aibă vreo cunoștință despre aceste " procese de judecată ".
